Instructions

- Gradually mix in dry ingredients on low speed until just combined.

- Divide dough into 24 portions and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Refrigerate dough for 24–72 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets.
- Bake 6 cookies at a time for 15–20 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool on baking sheet for 15 minutes, then transfer to rack.
