Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar, then press into a 9×9-inch dish to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla and mix well.
  3. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
  5. Combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice, then let sit for 10 minutes.
