Ingredients
- 900 g refrigerated canned biscuits (about 32 ounces)
- 170 g pepperoni slices (about 6 ounces)
- 200 g mozzarella cheese, shredded (about 2 cups)
- 115 g unsalted butter, melted (1/2 cup)
- 50 g grated parmesan cheese (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 240 ml marinara sauce (1 cup, for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a bundt pan or deep baking dish.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters to create small dough pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine dough pieces with pepperoni and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the butter mixture over the dough mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Add grated parmesan cheese and mix again.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly, pressing lightly.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked inside.
- Allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- You can substitute pepperoni with chicken, turkey, or vegetables.
- Do not overcrowd the pan to ensure even baking.
- Let it rest before removing from the pan to keep shape intact.
- Reheat in the oven for best texture rather than microwave.
- Add fresh herbs after baking for extra flavor.
