Ingredients
- 1 can (300–450 g) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce, plus extra for dipping
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked halal beef or chicken slices, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons sliced black olives
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat waffle iron and lightly grease it.
- Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a small round disc.
- Add about 1 tablespoon pizza sauce in the center.
- Top with mozzarella, cooked meat, bell peppers, olives, oregano, and garlic powder.
- Fold dough over filling and pinch edges tightly to seal into a ball.
- Place stuffed dough into waffle iron and cook for 3–5 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Remove carefully and brush with melted butter.
- Repeat with remaining dough and serve warm with extra sauce.
