Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce, plus extra for dipping
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked halal beef or chicken slices, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons sliced black olives
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat waffle iron and lightly grease it.
  2. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a small round disc.
  3. Add about 1 tablespoon pizza sauce in the center.
  4. Top with mozzarella, cooked meat, bell peppers, olives, oregano, and garlic powder.
  5. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges tightly to seal into a ball.
