Instructions
- Pat beef pieces dry and season with salt and black pepper.

- Add beef in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove beef and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the same skillet.
- Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in parsley, thyme, and rosemary.
- Return beef to the skillet and toss in the herb butter.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes until well coated and heated through.
- Serve immediately.
