Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and cream cheese until evenly mixed.
- Add biscuit mix, garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, and black pepper.
- Mix until a thick dough forms; add milk gradually if mixture is too dry.
- Shape into 1-inch (2.5 cm) balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
