- 16 wontons
- 7 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- Prepare ingredients by slicing onion, chopping green onions, and washing vegetables.
- Heat chili oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add sliced onion and sauté for 2–3 minutes until soft.
- Stir in ginger paste and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add wontons and cook for 5–7 minutes until they float.
- Add bok choy and cook for 2–3 minutes until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- Frozen wontons can be used directly without thawing.
- Do not overcook wontons to avoid soggy texture.
- Add soy sauce or sesame oil for extra flavor.
