This Hailey Bieber smoothie recipe is a creamy strawberry smoothie layered with a sweet strawberry-maple glaze and coconut cream swirls. Made with frozen fruit, avocado, dates, and collagen powder, it is refreshing, naturally sweet, and inspired by the viral smoothie trend.

  • Total Time: 17 minutes
  • Yield: 1 large smoothie

Ingredients

  • For the Strawberry Glaze and Glass:
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon hyaluronic acid liquid (optional)
  • For the Smoothie:
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 ripe avocado
  • 1 to 2 pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 scoop unflavored collagen powder
  • 1 tablespoon sea moss gel (optional)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or oat milk
  • 1 to 2 drops vanilla stevia (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the strawberries, maple syrup, and lemon juice to a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring often, until the strawberries soften and become jammy.
  3. Mash the strawberries with a fork and let the glaze cool slightly.
  4. Spoon the coconut cream along the inside of a tall serving glass.
  5. Add the cooled strawberry glaze to the glass, allowing it to drip naturally down the sides.
  6. In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, frozen banana, avocado, dates, collagen powder, sea moss gel, and almond or oat milk.
  7. Blend for 60 to 90 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
  8. Taste and add vanilla stevia if additional sweetness is desired.
  9. Pour the smoothie slowly into the prepared glass.
  10. Serve immediately while cold and creamy.

Notes

  • Frozen strawberries create the thickest and creamiest texture.
  • Fresh strawberries can be used, but you may need to add ice for thickness.
  • Sea moss gel and hyaluronic acid liquid are optional wellness additions.
  • Use plant-based collagen or omit it for a dairy-free version.
  • Add raspberries for extra berry flavor.
  • Use less milk for a thicker smoothie consistency.
  • The strawberry glaze can be prepared up to 3 days ahead.
  • The smoothie is best served immediately after blending.
